1       Supervising the continuity and security of supplies from the grid system.

2       Judging the state of the system and pre-arrange outage of transmission equipment and generating plant.

3       Reviewing & checking the weekly allocation dispatch of output and reserve of generating plant in accordance of system security.

4       Making prompt arrangement for the release of high voltage equipment.

5       Directing and approving running arrangements of busbars for the control of power flow and short circuit levels to meet the requirements of system security and stability.

6       Coordinating and approving the outage programs for non KAHRAMAA utilities.

7       Following, coordinating and checking the commissioning program for the new equipment to the grid network before implementing by the system engineer.

8       Following the pending alarms and the pending system problems with the related sections.

9       Maintaining & supervise all records of all events and checking the documents related to the operation of the system.

10   Checking and approving all the operation daily reports before final approval from Senior Control Engineer & Head of System Control.

11   Supervising all Shift Charge Engineers, System Control Engineers and Technical Assistance.

12   Acting as System Control Engineer when absent.

13   Assisting the Shift Charge Engineer & the System Control Engineer in case of system emergency.

Education & Training BS in Electrical Engineering

Job Experience10 year experience in the relevant field of work
