· Ability to involve in key areas related to administration & ensure the smooth functioning of HR & administration.
· Develop & implement new strategies,policies & practices related to HR & Administration.
The ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of managerial experience in a similar capacity preferably with MBA or a Degree in Social Science.
HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT
· Key involvements in all areas of Human Resource Management with excellent communication & analytical skills.
The successful candidate should have minimum 01 year experience in handling HR functions with a Degree or a Diploma in HRM from a recognized institute.
LEGAL ASSISTANT
· Exposure to manage & provide legal advice on corporate legal issues.
· Sound Knowledge in drafting & reviewing commercial agreements.
