Quality Assurance Lead
A leading software company is looking for ideal candidates with the below requirements...
Responsibilities
- Managing QA Team, Scheduling tasks and resources Prepare software Test Plan, define test strategy and test approach.
- Assists in scoping and estimation of test activities as part of project planning.
- Review test case documents, test reports and UAT documents.
- Guide QA Engineers on their assigned tasks and new tools/technologies.
- Assesses, develops and improves testing skills among team members.
- Report QA status to the management/leadership and represent QA team in meetings.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
- Over 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong problem-solving skills clear understanding of QA processes, methodology and metrics.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills that will give an ability to interact with colleagues as well as customers.
- Knowledge on test automation and performance testing would be an added advantage.
