MANAGEMENT TRAINEES (industrial engineering)

SCOPE

We are looking for young University Graduates (preferably males) to be trained and absorbed to the Company as Management Trainees with a career development plan to take the reins as Managers.

PERSONAL PROFILE

·         A University Graduate in Mechanical Engineering / Material Science/Chemical &  Process Engineering passed out this year

·         Knowledge in LEAN implementation is desirous though not compulsory.

·         Below 25 years of age

·         Preferably permanently residing in the Kalutara District.

·         A near Expert in working in an IT oriented environment.

·         Good written and spoken skills in English language

·         Possess strong Leadership and Managerial qualities.

·         Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

·         Be prepared to work with a high sense of responsibility with flexibility in working hours.
