Branch Manager (Polonnaruwa)
A Central Bank Registered Company progressing steadily towards being the most preferred Finance Company in Sri Lanka with a wide network of Branches to reach out to a perse clientele.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate should be below 35 years of age (preferably) and possess the following qualifications and experience.
- Fully/Partly qualified in either CIM/ SLIM/ Credit Management or Banking is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years experience as a Branch Manager or as an Assistant Manager in a Finance Company/Banking Industry and having exposure in the service sector.
- Having previous experience in mentoring a highly motivated sales team specialized in Leasing & Hire Purchase.
- Computer Literacy and fluency in English is essential.
