Frontline Officers
We are looking for intelligent and smart personnel who has a passion in Customer Care to work in Dialog Axatia Franchises managed by our Company. The ideal candidate should posses the following prerequisites.
Qualification
- Minimum academic qualification would be G.C.E Ordinary level, with credit passes for English & Mathematics.
Knowledge & Experience
- Excellent knowledge in English & Sinhala - Oral & written.
- Experience in Customer care will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in Tamil Language will be an added qualification.
- Computer literacy is a must.
General
- Age Between 20 and 30 Years.
- Should have an impressive personality, a pleasant disposition and a helpful attitude.
