DELIVERY / PROJECT MANAGER
A dynamic individual who can ensure smooth delivery of our ever-growing project Pipeline.
Nature of work
- Manage the delivery of Wavenet products smoothly with a group of Implementation Engineers.
- Ensure that systems, processes and methodologies as specified are followed.
- Ability to provide reports and communicate technically with the customers about the delivery related work.
- Attend client service review meetings: areas covered will include performance reports, service improvements, quality and processes.
Qualifications
BSc (or equivalent) degree in Computer Science.
Knowledge & Experience
- 5 years experience in project management and customer support services with a good knowledge in telecommunications related projects.
- Experienced in managing large projects having excellent leadership qualities with good communication (soft and technical) and negotiating skills and ability to keep to time lines.
- Any other qualification related to Project Management and ability to speak in other foreign languages will be an added qualification.
