We are a leading Non-Governmental Organization working towards improving the quality of life of the Elders in Sri Lanka and have the following vacancy in our Eye Care Centre at Wellawatte to be filled immediately.
1. Eye Surgeon
2. Senior Medical Officer
(with experience in the Ophthalmic Discipline)
Job Profile :
The selected candidate will be required to work at the HelpAge Eye Care Centre, Wellawatte from 07:00am to 03:00 pm. daily from Monday to Friday and be actively engaged in running the Eye Clinics.
Main activity areas will include Screening the Patients for Surgery, carrying out Eye and Medical check- ups before and after surgery.
Candidates Profile:
Substantial work experience in the Ophthalmic Discipline. Doctors who have retired from the State Medical Service will also be considered.
Reward : A negotiable remuneration package is on offer for the right candidate.
