We are looking for the post of Customer Services Assistant Executive
Customer Services Assistant/ Executive
The Role
Selected candidate will be responsible for,
- Generating the cargo Manifests, Checking for data accuracy and submission to Sri Lanka Customs (SLC) & Sri Lanka Ports Authority (SLPA)
- Manually updating the Bill of Lading (B/L or BOL) data in to the local system
- Issuing of delivery orders upon collecting relevant documents from customers
- Recover relevant charges from customers and follow up on un-clear cargo
- Enhance the relationship with existing customers while focusing on new customers prospects
The Individual
- Diploma in shipping / Freight forwarding and part qualification in SLIM / SIM
- At least 2 years similar experience in a Shiping / Freight Forwarding or Import/Export company
- Good communication skills in Sinhala / English and preferably Tamil
- Below 27 years of age
- IT literate
