We are looking for Operations Executive
Operations Executive
The Role
The job role will be to carry out following main job duties,
- Checking of Site Delivery Forms and handover to warehouse coordinator to prepare the delivery
- Base on priority basis and the delivery routes; have to arrange the delivery, after coordinating with the relevant coordinator
- Make sure the accurate loading of consignment into the lorry/van, in coordination with drivers, labours & Warehouse coordinator
- Arrange the vehicle/drivers/labours for the delivery
- Make sure that the cargo is handed over to the relevant customer on time
- carry out required documentation and keep records on complaints
The Individual
- Having a Degree or any other professional qualification in Logistics
- With at least 2 years similar work experience in Logistics and Freight forwarding industry
- Below 27 years of age
- Good communication skills both oral and written
- IT literate
- Should be willing to work extra hours and also on weekends if the situation demands
