MANAGER OPERATIONS (PHARMACIES)
You will nonage and develop both In - patient and Out - patient pharmacies of the hospital ond will establish o chain of pharmacies across the country. You will be responsible to implement strategies to improve the processes, patient safety, recruit, train and develop the stoff in achieving service excellence and commercial objectives of all pharmacies. You will also be responsible to adhere to all regulatory requirements pertaining to the business, all aspects of adrninistrotion and licensing formalities pharmacies.

Ideal Candidate Should:
+- Possess a Bachelors degree in Pharmacology (B.Phorrn) or Masters in Pharmacology (M.Phorm) in oddition o professional quolification in HR, Finance or Business Management will be a definite advantage.

+ Be a registered pharmacist with over 15 years dispensing experience and a minimum d5 years experience in managing a pharmacy retail chain or large scale pharmacy.

  +Preferably be between the age group of 35 - 50 years.

(Potential condidotes having more than the required quolificotions and experience ond who ore of the age above 50 yeors ore eligible to apply).

MANAGER/ ASSISTANT MANAGER PUBLIC RELATIONS

You will have an excellent relationship with all types of Media and be responsible for Press conferences and plocement of Press releases in print Media. You will also coordinate with all TV Stations and Radio channels, orronge interviews os port of our continuous Medical educotionol progroms. You will also develop our own articles and press releases. You will drive the organizations social media strategy. Apart from media , will Its on public relations of the hospitol monoging customer core ospects ond customer core touch points in order to achieve service excellence. Identifying training requirements and coordinating training for customer satisfaction ond also managing satisfaction of clients will be your responsibility.

Ideal Candidate Should:

+ Possess a Bochelors degree in Moss Media ond Communication while a Professional qualification in Marketing will be a definite advantage.

+Have excellent communicotion skills in both english ond Sinholo as well as good English copy writing skills.

+Have a minimum of 3 years work experience in Public relations in a supervisory level in a premier ad agency in the country in the Public relations/ Media arm. Experience as an editor of in-house magazines and newsletters is on advantage.

+Have a strong background in B2B marketing communications and experience in developing successful external and internal communication progroms.

÷ Be smart, energetic, pleasant with good leadership qualities.

+ Preferably be between the oge group of 25 - 40 years.

MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER - BILLING OPERATIONS

You are responsible for the administration and efficient monagement of the Billing Operations of the hospitol. This includes, but not limited to routine monitoring of all billing counters, managing the collections, administration and motivation of Staff working on roster to cover 24 hours of the operations. You will ensure compliance to the set procedures and guidelines at all times and ore expected to improve the processes to cater to the growth of the hospital.

ideal Candidate Should:

+- Be between 30-45 years of age.

+Be a Passed finalist or a member of any professional accounting body or

+ Possess a Bachelor's degree preferably in Accountancy or Business Administration.

+ Have minimum 5 years experience in a muted organization (s) out of which minimum 3 years in a similar capacity in a medium or large scale organization preferably in health core Industry.

+ Possess a good knowledge in internal controls & governance principles.

+ Be a self motivated person with proficiency in English and computer literacy. Knowledge in Tamil vvould be an added advantage.

+ Have the obility to analyze and interpret the results and KPIs in order to optimize the service levels while reducing the total cycle time of the billing process.

+ Have excellent interpersonal, customer core skills and be a teom player.

+ Have the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and take on challenges with a positive attitude.

EXECUTIVE PROCUREMENT- (MEDICAL)

You will be facilitating the coordination between the medical procurement department, internal customers and external stake holders. Your primary duties will bets obtain vendor proposals, and attend to vendor evaluations, commercial negotiations and other activities related to procurement.

Ideal Candidate Should:

+ Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Management/ Finance / Science / Business Administration or equivalent professional Qualification.

+ Be Portly qualified in CIAM / CIPS / Supply Chain / Material Management.

+ Be Computer literate (MS Office/ ERP System).

+ Have strong communication skills in verbal and written English.

÷ Be a Team Player who can withstand pressure and maintains a positive attitude when dealing with internal and external customers with good negotiation skills

+ Have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in medical equipment/ pharmaceuticals /consumables related procurement.
