Overview of the job Scope

• Guide and assist students during the visa application process
• Maintain process compliance to ensure that the students obtain visa during the stipulated time
• Liaise with the universities, Embassies and Immigration Units
• Maintain the highest degree of responsibility and confidentiality in handling confidential, sensitive student information and documentation

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum of over one year experience in visa consulting preferably in overseas education sector
• A/L - Passing all subjects

• Knowledge of the overseas education sector
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Methodical in paper work
• Meeting deadlines
• Administrative skills
