Customer Care executive
We are seeking for a young, confident & hardworking lady who has the ability to do multi task work. Include attending phone calls, coordinating &follow ups with customers. Job entails with direct customer support service with efficient administrative ability to work at our Mount Lavinia office. Qualifications are;
- Female Candidate aged below 40 yrs.
- Minimum of 2 years experience on front office or customer care.
- Excellent telephone communication skills & a good voice with pleasant personality.
- Communication ability in English, Sinhala &Tamil is a must
- Computer literacy & self motivated independent working ability
- Previous telemarketing & call center experience will be an added advantage. Our remuneration is not less than 40,000 for those who meet our expectations & are able to demonstrate a high level of performance through results & commitment.
