Sales and Marketing Executive
Job Duties :
- Visit potential customers for new business
- Liaising and networking with a range of customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner of organization
- Communication with target customers and managing customer relationships
- Provide customers with quotations and designs
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
- Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends to the management
- Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
- Identify new markets and business opportunities
- Record sales and send copies to the sales office
- Self review of sales performances
- Attend to any training programmes, seminars or courses provided by the organization
- Provide management with weekly update of work progress
- Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing advertisements in the local, regional, national press and special publications on radio or TV in co-ordination with the management.
- Managing the production of marketing materials, including flyers, e-newsletters, and DVDs
- Organizing and maintaining photographs of completed projects
- Monitoring competitor campaigns and their activities
- Supporting the designer and other colleagues in the showroom
