a famous luxury boutique hotel in sri lanka rerquires staff to run its newest venture:a restaurant located in sri jayawardenapura, nugegoda that is looking to expand its service to include out side catering. we require the service of dynamic individuals to fill up the following possition:

1. accountant

we need the numerical competence and professionalism of an accoutant to manage the restuarant accounts as well as hotel head office accounts

qualifications required:

• minimum of 5 years exprience
• knowledge of ms excel
• fluent in english
• exprience in hotel/restuarent industry will be added advantage
• aat or equivalent accountacncy qualification is an added advantag

2.restaurant manager

the individual we are looking for must have the creativity and capability to independently manage the restaurant as well as the ability to manage extarnal catering.

qualification required:

• minimum of 5 years exprience in running a star class hotel restaurant or a restaurant
• good communication skills (english)
• potential to go out and promote the business
• age preferably below 40 years

3. chef :02 position

we are looking for 02 people with the  culinary skills as well as the ability to manage time and his staff effectively and effciently

qualification requirerd:

• 3 years exprience in star class hotel /restaurant industry
• willing to work long hours
• preferably from the sri jayawardenapura, nugegoda area

4. waiters :03 possition

if you have the nulti-tasking,time management and people skillls needed for a competent waiter, we are looking for you.

qualification required:

•  2 years exprience in star class hotel/restaurent industry
• willing to work long hours
• preferably from the sri jayawardenapure, nugegoda area
• age below 30 years
