Customer Engineer

Requirements

1.)    Certified in HP, ARUBA or CISCO

2.)    Diploma/Degree Information technology or equivalent from a recognized institution

3.)    Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field

4.)    Able to demonstrate a good knowledge in Network design and implementation, including routing and switching

5.)    Experience in Wireless and Security Solutions will be an added advantage

6.)    Good communication/ presentation skills & a good command of the English language

7.)    Ability to work long hours

 

Junior Customer Engineer

 

1.)    Diploma/Degree Information technology or equivalent from a recognized institution

2.)    Good communication/ presentation skills & a good command of the English language

3.)    Ability to work long hours

 

Responsibilities

1.)   Should be able to visit customer sites, deploy and troubleshoot network issues

2.)   Understand customer requirements and provide solutions, both independently and with the Sales/engineering team
