• Define test methods and support the lead to create test plans for new or updated software projects to determine if the softv/are will perform accurately and reliably according to documented requirements as well as established standards under both normal and abnormal conditions.
• Execute test plans and create test reports to describe program evaluation, testing, and correction.
• Reproduce bug reports from the field and write clear steps to reproduce.
• Verify the load, scalability, and performance requirements have been met.
• Work with developers to perform root-cause analysis and preliminary problem diagnosis.

• Track and report upon testing activities, including testing results, test case coverage, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines, etc.
• Ensure content and structure of all Testing documents / artifacts is documented and maintained.

• Computer Science or Softv/are Engineering Qualifications.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience as a QA Engineer.
• Experience in testing a public facing website (mandatory).
• Experience in testing websites based on content management systems (exposure to Drupal will be an advantage).
• Experience in load and scalability testing using automated testing tools.
• Ability to prepare test plans for load and scalability testing of public websites.
• Thorough knov/ledge of structured test methods and processes.
• Experience in testing both windows and v/eb based applications.
