Job Profile:

Develop and monitor an efficient and well structured procurement process and ensure ethical principles & standards of sourcing practices Device procedures to identify & analyze procurement requirements for the HO and Branches & collate total requirement and determine the appropriate method of procurement

  • Apply sourcing processes, supplier evaluations, selection, and performance reporting as well as price inflation management
  • Assist Senior Manager - Operations in developing Procurement Manual,
  • Strategies and systems with regard to procurement
  • Keeping minutes of the Procurement Committee & follow-up
  • Procurement of items in line with the guidelines of the Procurement
  • Manual, statutory requirements & good governance
  • Liaising with Technical Committee & Procurement Committee
  • Preparation of the annual budget for capital items & obtaining approval

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate should:

  • Possess a degree with 05 years of post qualifying experience in handling procurement preferably in a Bank or Financial Institution

or

  • He/she should be self motivated target driven individual with an excellent service mindset to provide superior service to Customers
  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management /Public Procurement and Contract Administration with 07 years of experience in handling procurement preferably in a Bank or Financial Institution
  • Possess excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills
  • He / She should be preferably below 45 years of age. If the successful candidate is above 45 years he/she will be recruited on contract basis. Remuneration is Negotiable
