A Pioneer importer and an industry leader of reconditioned motor vehicles requires the services of a knowledgeable, hard working and experienced, individual (under 40 years of age) for the above post to assist management at their workshop in Bokundara, Piliyandala.

The ideal candidate should,

• Possess a thorough working knowledge of Japanese reconditioned motor vehicles.
• Should have necessary technical qualification and a minimum of 07 years of experience in running a motor garage, catering to Japanese motor vehicles.
• A thorough knowledge of brand new and reconditioned motor spare parts, varieties, available locations and their purchase prices is a must.
• Effectively manage and steer a workforce of 60, to achieve targets.
• Follow laid down procedures; ensure quality control and timely delivery of sold vehicles. Must be committed at all times and to work late when required.
• A Salary of Rs. 30,000/-,Company maintained motor cycle and other benefits, including target base performance bonuses await the chosen candidate.
