The SriLankan team is seeking a dynamic individual to join us in the managerial capacity as: 

MANAGER INFLIGHT SERVICE DELIVERY 

The position involves effectively directing and managing all activities of in-flight services department in a view to maintain high quality standards and performance levels whilst promoting staff motivation and productivity to meet targets and objectives of Inflight delivery and support service, in meeting customer expectations and industry norms. 

The Candidate should possess the following minimum requirements: 

A Bachelor’s Degree in Management, with 6 year’s overall work experience with 3 years at Managerial level and 3 years at Executive level in HR related discipline and administration with exposure in customer care.

OR

A Full professional qualification in Management with 6 years overall experience with 3 years at Managerial level and 3 years at Executive level in administrative/ HR related discipline. 

Hands on management experience in leading teams to deliver customer service in the F&B or service industry will be an added advantage 

Upper age limit is 45 years.
