We are looking for Assistant Manager Outbound

• 3 – 4 years in handing outbound tours
• Solid experience managing, coaching and motivating outbound, office based teams and tours.
• Proven track record driving teams to achieve, exceed & KPI based targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and proposal development skills
• High accountability for results, solutions driven, understands the need for constant improvement, functions well in a changing environment and the ability to drive sales teams
• To be able to demonstrate high levels of maturity, confidence and credibility to all areas and levels within the business and externally
• Demonstrated ability to work in an environment of change.
• Proficient knowledge o f MS Office tools and relevant software applications
