Cybernetics U.S.A. Pvt. Ltd., based on the U.S.A., is one of the fast growing I.T. support companies in Sri Lanka. Our Sri Lankan branch is seeking talented, energetic and outgoing candidates.

At present we seek to fill a position of I.T Help Desk Engineer. This task provides Tier 1 and 2 technical support and troubleshooting for network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software associated with our client’s workstation/Servers and applications

Requirements:

  • Must be excellent In English speaking, writing and reading
  • Must have MCSA and A+
  • MCSE, CCNA as an added advantage
  • 2-3 years of Help Desk experience required
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Strong customer interface; administration of meetings (setup, testing and user instruction at all meetings)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Server Products (Server 2003/2008, Exchange server, SQL Server, ISA Server)
  • Microsoft Client OS (Windows 2000, XP, Vista and 7)
  • Microsoft Office products
  • Linux OS (Desktop and Server)
  • Cisco Routers and Switches
  • Ticketing systems
  • Network connection issues
  • Expert PC hardware, software, printer & peripheral troubleshooting
  • Should have experience with Trouble shooting / User calls handling
