  •  Have an excellent understanding of Linux servers and ability to troubleshoot Linux servers, domain control panels and WHMs?
  •  Ability to setup and troubleshoot pop3 and IMAP e-mail accounts on various OS platforms and email client software’s?
  •  Have a good understanding on how domain registrars work, how to transfer a domain, setup a domain, setup MX records etc?
  •  Have previous work experience as a server administrator or technical support engine or a similar field?
  •  Have 8 hours a day and 40 hours a week (full time) to devote to working from home?
  •  Have a reliable ADSL/Wired BB?

  • Job Description
  • Responsible for being the primary contact person to resolve all server related concerns and inquires, which includes troubleshooting server related issues and implementing server related tasks which are requested by internal staff.
  • Responsible for providing technical support for internal clients (primary) and staff (secondary).
  • Responsible for monitoring and as needed taking action on domain & IP reputation, email reputation, server performance, virus / hacker, and spam protection (overall server security).
  •  Passionate technologist, keen to investigate and try new technologies and techniques to optimise performance and automate as much as possible.
  • Able to work in the nights full time (7 PM SL onwards) or part time (4 hours after 8 PM SL).
