Network Engineer-Colombo 03

• 2-4 years experience in the field.
• Ability to maintain an office network running Windows and Linux machines
• Excellent knowledge of Linux system administration.
• Pragmatic and good problem solver both in software and hardware
• SVN and software repository knowledge
• Firm networking knowledge for both WAN and LAN.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Logical and clear thinker with good ability to conceptualize the big picture with a project
• Good knowledge of Samba.
• Knowledge in Apache, PHP and other web software would be beneficial
• Able to manage a mixed task list of user support and system support
• Systems hardware knowledge
• Php programming knowledge would be a bonus
• Scripting Knowledge such as Bash and Python would be extremely useful
• Development Experience will also be considered a bonus as knowledge IDEs and repository systems such as SVN will be useful.
