Neetovate is a UK based, technology company that specialises in turning website ideas into profitable businesses. Consisting of a full service software development department and a back office team, our current focus is Simplified Recruitment, a recruitment company that is revolutionising the UK recruitment market. We are expanding our IT team to work on both exciting new greenfield projects along with existing projects, and are looking for a Junior Business Analyst.
Junior Business Analyst is responsible for understanding business process management and business requirements, and translating them into specific functional requirements in a well documented manner. The Business Analyst works with stakeholders from all business units and related parties to define and document business processes and software requirements for technology initiatives.
Education/Experience and skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1-3 years related experience
  • Business analysis thought leader with comprehensive knowledge of requirements management methodologies and businessrequirements elicitation
  • Strong usability focus
  • Experience in Agile / Scrum. Waterfall considered if exceptional track record
  • Excellent project management skills, and the ability to prioritize team workloads
  • Working knowledge of SDLC
  • Skills in meeting facilitation, relationship management, critical thinking, technical writing and presentation skills.
  • Strong innovative spirit

Your duties will include:

  • Meet with key business stakeholders including UK higher management and project members to document business and functional requirements
  • Work as a key role in business to analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, information, and information systems.
  • Researches new product developments to determine best course of action 
  • Prepare business requirement documents, use cases and process models. Coordinate requirements walk- through and signoffs with stakeholders to ensure that documentation accurately portrays business needs
  • Work with Quality Assurance to ensure appropriate test plans are developed
  • Serve as a contact for department heads as they propose system enhancements or program changes to improve operational efficiencies
  • This is a permanent full time role with full flexibility in working hours, with the requirement of being on call for emergencies during UK working hours (9am - 5pm GMT) Monday to Friday.
