Responsibilities :

• Create a real vision of our app and map out the architecture for the future so that we can grow and scale
• Create a holistic app, infrastructure and system design that allows for new business rules and great scalability
• Oversee and manage the work of a rapidly growing team of engineers. The core team is already in place and has the knowledge of the production.
• Hands on coding to keep fingers in the code base
• Put in place the necessary documentation and tools to track the development process for our investors and to be able to apply for patents
• Collaborate with present team to come up with a product road-map and establish common practices

Qualifications :

• BSc. MSc degree in computer Science , Engineering
• Strong prior experience in leading teams and architecture
• Experience in working on large scale internet service deployment,  web servers architecture, load balancing and server infrastructure
• Knowledge of Zend Framework with at least 5 to 10 years experience in PHP development
• Fluent English and ability to deal with vendors, clients and partners the world over
• Excellent project management skills
