We're searching for an enthusiastic person to become part of Oganro's Web Solution Team as a Business Development Consultant & Business Analyst.

You will benefits from Regular new leads, existing accounts, qualified appointments and a large existing prospective customer base. The ideal candidate will therefore possess the ability to manage and develop business from both prospective and existing customers and enjoy selling the right solution to fit the needs of each client.

Having the experience of building working relationships with key decision makers is the key to success in this job. You must be confident and be able to provide sound information and advice to clients, identify the needs of the client and provide the right solution. The ability to cross-sell, negotiate & close a deal is vital.

A basic salary will be paid with uncapped commission based upon Gross Profit (paid monthly). If you are the right person we expect you to take a six figure salary including commission.

On daily basis you will be closely working with CEO of the company, and also with the Operations Director. We are looking for someone who is highly disciplined and ability to work independently under minimum supervision should be a very good team player Most of all you need to be focused with a drive to succeed and also a passion to control your own destiny. What does the Business Development Consultant & Business Analyst job involve?

Business Development Consultant & Business Analyst at Oganro should be,

• Experienced & have strong IT skills & a technical mind, and ability to use your knowledge to sell our services to close client leads.
• Ideally you should have experience of generating qualified sales leads and appointments; you will be required to tele sell competitively priced web designing services, software solutions & SEO to businesses.
• Should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written skills in English)
• And ability to communicate at all levels.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to achieve deadline and targets.
• Excellent client interaction, strong analytical skills and leadership skills.
• Work closely with the Production team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget (hours spent) and are creative, "cool" and of excellent quality whilst understanding commercial needs of individual client needs.
