Consulting Project Delivery

• Provide professional consulting services for clients as required
• Manage and successfully deliver consulting projects on time and budget
• Manage or work collaboratively to assist in the delivery of specific consulting projects
• Assist with explaining Conceptual Frameworks and Conceptual/strategic thinking and linkages to the client

Client Management

• Identify and communicate client issues to relevant staff member and effectively manage client expectations
• Identify and advance opportunities to cross sell products, training courses and consulting services

Sales and Consulting Administration

• Provide fortnightly update reports for Sales and Professional Services meetings
• Attend regular implementation meetings and teleconference links
• Attend face to face Global Services meetings (as required)

Candidate Profile

Knowledge & Experience

• Understanding and working knowledge with Business Intelligence products/tools
• Exposure to and in Business Process Modeling (BPM)
• Experience with consulting, client management and delivering end-to-end business solutions
• Business acumen and understanding
• Strong process analysis skills

Desirable

• BI Business Analyst experience in rolling out BI full life cycle solutions
• Project management skills and experience
