We are fast growing BOI Company in the apparel industry looking for a self motivated, dedicated and competent individual to join us in the capacity of Shift Manager to manage the Night Shift Operation of the factory.
Requirements
Experience in the capacity of Asst. Production Manager or Production Manager
Professional qualification will be a distinct advantage.
Ability to work in night shift for 20 -24 days per month.
Ability to manage a team consists of supervisors and male machine operators to achieve production targets while maintaining required discipline.
Communication skills in both Sinhalese English & Tamil would be a distinct advantage
Computer literacy
A flexible highly motivated proactive working style.
