Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for accurate and timely issuing of quotations/Performa invoices to customers.
- To process inquiries by phone, email.
- To maintain good relations with our environment.
- To maintain an efficient working environment.
- To make accurate purchases of material supplies for resale as required and take customer payment by credit/ debit card as required.
- To solve problem by liaising with other staff members and customers.
Requirements
- Female Candidate only.
- Excellent command of the English Language.
- Good standard of numeracy is required to ensure accuracy of quotations.
- 2-3 yrs telemarketing or sales coordinating experience.
- Excellent, polite and persuasive telephone manner.
- Enthusiastic, hardworking, well-organized and able to prioritize.
- Able to meet deadlines.
- Able to work with others, and willing to contribute to the team.
- Ability to work with MS Office applications such as access, word, excel, PowerPoint.
- Fresher may also apply.
