The company which is more than 60 years old has a well equipped modern factory located in Piliyandala and is the countries only manufacturer of aluminium foil.

The company's products are used by the pharmaceutical and confectionary industries as well as manufacturers of soaps and detergents. Clientele includes multinationals, such as Unilever, Nestle, Glaxo, etc.

The company has expanded operations aimed at meeting the increased demand for high quality products and intends strengthening the operational team. The company therefore is in search of dynamic individuals who possess the requisite qualifications and experience to perform the job more effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzes and determines the most important accounts in the organization at any one time and determines the most crucial needs of these key customers
• Carries them out to ensure that they receive first-class customer care and service.
• Develops strategy to manage the account and setting objectives about the account management.
• Interacts and communicates with the client on a regular basis to determine changing needs.
• Carries out continuous market analysis and research on the dynamics of the account.
• Comes up with a pricing structure for the client.
• Manages conflict and comes up with effective negotiation and sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in the selling environment, particularly in the flexible packaging or aluminium industry or similar industry.
• Partly/fully qualified in CIM or recognized marketing qualification
• Outgoing personality
