Experience in working with global clients will be an Reservations Gateway (Private) Ltd is the fully owned software development and support center of Reservations Gateway Inc, a US based Travel Technology Company. Rezgateway develops and operates reservation and back office systems for the global travel industry. Our clients include some of the leading Airlines and tour operators.
Job summary
- We are hiring project coordinators to manage and work with our clients and project teams.
- This position offers an excellent opportunity for people in the IT, Hospitality and Marketing sector to move into projects and customer account management.
Principal Accountabilities
- This role will include the following key responsibilities and will report to the head of client services. Client account management and project coordination
- Ownership of multiple projects/accounts and responsibility for successful delivery and client satisfaction.
- Requirements gatheringand documentation Business/Requirement specification writing.
General skills
- Should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written skills - in English) and the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to achieve deadlines and targets.
- Excellent client interaction, strong analytical skills and leadership skills.
- Highly disciplined and ability to work independently under minimum supervision.
- Should be a very good team player ^ Should be computer literate. Sound knowledge in Internet technologies will be an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 6 months of experience in project coordination / project management / client services / business analysis will be preferred but other candidates also may apply.
- Experience in Travel Domain will be an advantage.
- Experience in working with global clients willbe an advantage.
