As Cluster HR Manager you will have overall responsibility forthe all factory HR activities, and strategies. Reporting to the Group General Manager, you will ensure the needs of the business are achieved whilst ensuring full compliance with legislative and statutory standards. Specific areas to concentrate on will include: 

• Organizing training & development activities
• Enforcing processes, procedures and policies 
• Recruitment and resourcing for the sites
• Compilation and management of candidate tracking systems and competitor talent banks
• Health and safety management and training
• To manage quality wins, employee recognition and reward strategies
• Producing monthly reports for each site

Requirements:

• A professional with excellent academic records, preferably with a degree from a recognized University/ Diploma in Human Resources Management from 1PM or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 05 years of experience in a similar capacity (Working in a garment industry will be an added advantage)
• Should be fully conversant will all aspects of industrial labour laws and must be familiar with the all modem HR strategies and administration procedures
• Knowledge and skills in manpower planning & recruitment, training & development procedures, salaries & wages administration, performance appraisal systems & disciplinary procedures
• Set the strategic direction for the HR team based on an understanding of company’s overall strategy
• Ability to motivate others around you and demand the very best should come naturally to you as a role model of the organization
• Age below 45 years
• Excellent command of oral/written English is mandatory

You must be a confident, professional communicator with the ability to operate across our busy factory sites — this will mean flexibility in terms of working location. You will have a positive ‘can do attitude and the ability to multi task, managing a demanding workload.
