Web Application Developer

• Candidate should be a top-notch PHP developer, familiar with the latest PHP features
• Incumbent should be responsible to understand client requirements & functional specifications
• Develop & maintain dynamic websites, web applications, web services, social sites & apps.

Roles and responsibilities

• Web application development requires the developer to possess basic development skills. HTML coding is a core skill that each web developer must possess.
• JavaScript and cascading style sheets (CSS) are two of the other key skills for all web application developers.
• Knowledge of web application architecture is necessary for a developer to understand how coding decisions will affect and usability of an application.

Mandatory Requirements

• Possesses a current, valid Passport for travel abroad (Mostly Europe) Working experience with high volume, high traffic websites and database driven applications.
• MySQL - Modern database development expertise XHTML/CSS/JavaScript/AJAX - Expert level JavaScript/XHTML/CSS development will be necessary JQuery experience preferred
• Object Oriented Development / CS Background - Idea candidates should understand object oriented development.
• Web Services - Experience building /consuming modern web services
• Adept at the use the Yii PHP Framework.
• Experience implementing custom payment solutions.
• Experience handling secure website data.
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Professional, consistent and self-motivated.
