Requirements:

• 3 years experience in a similar capacity in a similar capacity in the food and beverage or hospitality industry
• GCE A/L or higher qualification 
• Fluency in English and Sinhala
• Computer literacy with competency in MS Office
• Experience in managing cash and stock
• Flexibility to work on shift basis and on weekends (day or night, as rostered)
• Familiarity of working with 5S

Personal Skills:

• Good personal hygiene
• Pleasant interpersonal skills
• Friendly demeanour and ability to interact with customers graciously
• Ability to manage crew members and organize workload under pressure 
• Self-motivated and pro-active 
• Quality conscious and detail oriented
