Experience & Qualifications

• 08 years experience in Banking / Finance of which 4 years as a  Relationship/Credit Manager

OR         

• 07 years experience in Banking/Finance of which 3 years as a Relationship/Credit Manager
• A Degree or a full / part qualification from a recognized institution

Special Skills

• Credit analysis and writing
• Good inter personal and communication skills
• Advanced theoretical and practical skills in lending and finance
• Excellent understanding of trade financing and treasury operations of the bank
• Competency in handling a team.

Job Profile

• Achieve laid down performance targets by identifying and marketing new corporate clients
• Negotiate corporate financing packages for respective clients in accordance with the guidelines specified by the Bank.  
• Carry out detailed analysis of credit proposals and preparing reports for approval by the relevant credit approving authority.
• Ensure compliance of all lending transactions relating to corporate clients of the team in line with the Bank’s credit policy and guidelines.
• Ensure efficient servicing of banking requirements of corporate clients of the portfolio / team and thereby enhance the Bank’s image.
• Cross-selling of Bank’s products and services among corporate clients of the portfolio
