The person will be responsible handling the washing plant and staff; including formulating washes, operating & training others to operate computerized machines implementing efficient work flows and maintaining wash quality. Good understanding in the
Danam (Fiji) Limited is a manufacturer of Men's and Ladies woven apparel based in Fiji Islands (4 hours flight from
Australia), exporting products to Australia, USA and New Zealand. Danam is certified with WRAP and a winner of
various exporters' awards including the prestigious Fiji busines excellence award. We are looking for suitable qualified candidates to take up the position.
Product: Denim & Casuals
The person will be responsible handling the washing plant and staff; including formulating washes, operating & training others to operate computerized machines implementing efficient work flows and maintaining wash quality. Good understanding in the use of washing chemicals and different recipes.
Minimum Qualification Required: BSc Chemical Engineering or equiv. with 5-8 years experience in handling a washing plant with preferred age between 28-35 years.

- Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently & train others.
- Must be proactive, committed, good team player, positive with decision makiung and strong problem solving ability.
- Contract for the above positions are for 3 years & renewable on expiry.
- Company provides return air passage for contract, furnished housing, transport and medical insurance.
- The Salary will be not less than the SLBFE stipulated rates.
- Interviews done in Colombo, Sri Lanka
