As the Tech Lead, you are expected to be versatile, dependable, dedicated and capable of leading a small team.

The Job

Having selected you will be responsible for all aspects of application support including analysis, documenting and coding software application programs and will be considered as the technical resource of a project team.

  • Perform & consult on the technical application design.
  • Assist management in performing project estimates & planning functions.
  • Investigate the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs.
  • Function as trouble-shooter to investigate & correct system & program defects.
  • Participate in code reviews to insure quality, maintainability & adherence to standards.
  • Participate in integration & systems testing.
Technical Skills

Microsoft .NET Specialization

  • .NET Framework  ( Framework Concepts ,  MVC)
  • Object Oriented Concepts
  • C# (VB would be plus)  
  • Analytical & Design Skills and Design Patterns (MVC)
  • ASP.NET ( ASP would  be plus)
  • JavaScript Frameworks  (JQuery, Dojo, easyXDM)
  • Data Layer Architectures and Frameworks (Eg:- iBatis, nHibernate)
  • MSSQL Server & other DB Technologies
  • HTML, JavaScript, CSS, HTTP / WCF Web Services (SOAP, REST)
  • Knowledge on Unit testing and testing frameworks (nUNit, Selenium)
  • Knowledge on Open Source Technologies, Architectural Patterns and (JAVA, PHP, C++, VB, VB.NET) are added advantages.

Eligibility

To be successful you will need to possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in ICT and/or a combination of sufficient relevant project experience and proven track record of delivery.
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in Systems or Application Development .
  • Experience of working in a medium/larger team would become an added advantage.
