Experience & Qualifications
- 5 years experience in a Bank / Financial Institute institution with exposure to leasing sales.
- Experience in marketing, credit, operations, recoveries would be preferred.
OR
- 4 years experience in a Bank / Financial Institute institution with exposure to leasing sales.
- Experience in marketing, credit, operations, recoveries would be preferred
- A part qualification in Banking (Completion of Certificate level of Banking Examination - CBF) or SLIM/CIM (Completion of the 2nd stage)
Special Skills
- Exceptional report writing skills & sales skills
- Very good interpersonal & communication skills
Job Profile
- Achieve laid down performance targets
- Ensure minimum non-performing leases within the portfolio of the team
- Ensure compliance of all lending transactions relating to corporate leasing clients in line with the bank’s credit policy and guidelines
- Ensure efficient servicing of leasing requirements of corporate clients within the portfolio & thereby enhancing the banks image
- Developing new relationships with corporate clients
- Preparing comprehensive credit proposals for corporate clients
