- Strong working knowledge of income generation projects
- Experience in livelihood is a pre requisite
- Report writing skills
- Identify, assess and monitor livelihood
- Willing to visit the field often and collect data for reports and also to monitor progress
- Build strong and sustaining relationships with communities and relevant autorities
- Hard working and a Good team player
