The ideal candidate should be passed finalist of ICASLCIMAACCA with a minimum of 5 years post qualifying experience in similar capacity.
The Job:
- The post requires the selected candidate to move forward the financial management practices and to ensure strict compliance with the financial guidelines and procedures of the company.
- The responsibilities will encompass preparation of budgets, publishing of financial reports, and ensuring the proper maintenance of financial records.
- Review existing system, procedures and in consultation with CEO & Management Team implement necessary controls and institute appropriate procedures to ensure the smooth functioning of the financial department
- Providing financial statements and reports requested by regulatory authorities.
- Providing and interpreting financial information, business modeling and forecasting, motoring performance and efficiency of operations of finance team.
- Participating in strategic planning and formulating long term business plans ensuring compliance with legal regulations and statutory requirements.
The Person:
- The ideal candidate should be passed finalist of ICASL/CIMA/ACCA with a minimum of 5 years post qualifying experience in similar capacity. Masters in Business Administration/Finance or equivalent will be distinct advantage.
- Should be below 40 years of age with hands on experience in financial and management accounting and ERP Systems.
- Should have the capacity to develop good working relationship; motivate & inspire team members; and must possess a high level of personal integrity and professional ethics.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with exposure to modern office technology.
