A bachelor,s degree in Civil Engineering form a recognized institution as well as an official professional Engineer (PE) certification
As our Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for the recruitment and retention of company employees as well as planning performance evaluations and training and managing our personnel department.
As our assistant civil engineer, you will be supporting the Civil Engineer in the construction of our factory premises, our office complex and staff quarters as well as their maintenance thereafter.
Requirements:
- A bachelor,s degree in Civil Engineering form a recognized institution as well as an official professional Engineer (PE) certification
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position
- An efficient, energetic individual with good problem-solving skills and an eye for detail
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet set-targets and deadlines
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills
All candidates must be fluent speakers of English, preference will be given to candidates from the Hambantota District.
