Junior Executive Recoveries - (Homagama Branch)
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Bank/Financial Institution
- 5 Credit passes at the G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination including Mathematics and English & 2 passes at the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination excluding General English would be advantageous.
- Should posses a valid riding license
Special Skills:
- Strong customer relationship Skill
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Computer literacy
Job Profile:
- Ensure to control new NPL Cases & convert the NPL cases to Performing Level
- Ensure cheque returns are handled according to the policy & procedure and ensure letters are replied to customers within service standards.
- Improve the overall individual collection ratio
- Visit clients, guarantors and other related parties when required
- Provide information, recommendations to the superiors to take decision & further recovery actions
- Coordinate with respective marketing officers in order to maximize the collections
- Coordinate with Documentations, Finance, Insurance and Operations Departments to solve customers’ issues
- Inform & educate clients about new procedures and changes
- Ensure that the collection processes are in line with banks policies and procedures
