FINANCE MANAGER:
- Providing and interpreting financial information; monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends; analyzing change and advising accordingly; formulating strategic and long-term business plans; researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance and analyzing competitors and market trends. Be qualified in ACA/CMA or equivalent qualifications.
ENGINEERS:
- B. Sc, Engineering with 2 years experience or NDT with 5 years or NCT with 7 years experience in Apartment/Housing construction.
QUANTITY SURVEYORS:
- NCT with 6 years experience in quantity surveying with respect to pre & post tending work. Preferences is given to candidates with Apartment/Housing construction.
ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE:
- Bedynamic and innovative with partly qualified CIMA/CA or full membership at AAT, be successful in his/her ability to work for strict deadlines, be able to work in a team, a minimum three year experience in Quick Book accounting, ability to work with ExcelWord and be fluent in English speaking and writing.
MARKETING EXECUTIVE:
- Age below 30 years, should have passed the G.C.E. A / L examination, fully or partly qualified in CIM/SLIM, minimum two years experience in marketing, high level computer literacy and excellent communication skills.
HR MANAGER:
Decision-making skills, be organized and detail oriented, interpersonal skills, listening and speaking skills together with two years experience in similar capacity.
