Ideal Candidate should:
- Have the ability to handle / manage independently, Owners, Tenents, Service Providers, Government Institutions etc, without constant reference to the Management Council.
- Be innovative, self starter and deliver, once the management Council gives the directions.
- Be fluent in spoken and written English and handle all correspondences independently.
- Have engineering background.
- Be under 60 years of age.
The successful candidate would be provided with a competitive remuneration package.
