At least a part qualification in ITIL.PMP Certification, Prince 2, and MBA would be an added advantage. Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management and relevant techniques and tools.
Competency-fit:
As the Project Manager, you are expected to be a people manager with risk and change management skills. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years industry experience with 2-3 years in project management covering the full software development life-cycle and possess client facing experience in a global setting.
Or
Deep Domain Experience (min 8 years) in Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance or Tele communications with Strong Leadership and Managerial Experience.
Eligibility:
To be successful you will need to posses:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in IT.
- At least a part qualification in ITIL.
- PMP Certification, Prince 2, and MBA would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management and relevant techniques and tools.
- Direct work experience in project management capacity and proficient in project management software.
