Reservations Gateway (Pvt) Ltd., is the fully owned development and support center of Reservations Gateway Inc, a US based Travel Technology Company (www.rezgateway.com). Rezgateway being the market leader develops and operates reservations and back office systems for the global travel industry.
Customer Support Executive:
Job Summary:
We require Customer Support Executives to continuously liaise with our clients providing support for our products and applications. You will be expected to work in a 24/7 environment on shift basis.
This position offers an excellent oppurtunity for people in the Customer Services, Hospitality, Marketing and IT sector to further their career towards project and customer account management.
Principal Accountabilities:
  • Client Services, management and Interaction dealing with a wide range of global clients
  • 24/7 application support
  • Understanding the Rezgateway products thoroughly
  • Communicating with clients and provide solutions for the issues.
  • Troubleshooting to assist in diagnosing issues.
  • Proactive monitoring of systems and reporting potential issues.
  • Liaising with responsible teams to provide technical solutions
  • Track Issues until completion
  • Working across day - night shifts
  • Act as the primary interface between client and Reagateway team during non-working hours
  • Provide prompt and accurate updates to client and management.
General Skills:
  • Should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills ( verbal and written skills - In English) and the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Excellent client interaction abilities
  • Highly disciplined and ability to work independently under minimum supervision
  • Should be a very good team player
  • Tech savvy and eager to learn new skills
  • Sound knowledge in Internet technologies will be an advantage
Experience:
  • Atleast 6 months of experience in client services will be preferred
  • Experience in Travel Domain will be an advantage
  • Experience in working with global clients will be an advantage
Hours of Work:
  • Successful candidates would be required to work on a shift basis (Day Shift & Night Shift including the weekends)
