Lean Manufacturing Manager

Looking for a highly competent individual between 35-45 years of age with minimum of 05 years experience in the same capacity preferably in the manufacturing and export industry along with recognized qualifications such as Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Engineering technology or Mechanical engineering to fill the above vacancy at our Factory located at WP

Duties and Responsibilities -:

·         Design and develop a Lean Manufacturing project for the company

·         Lead efforts to implement Process Control and Management process mapping, documentation, metrics, monitoring systems and process ownership

·         Facilitating lean improvement teams across the plant multiple teams at one time

·         Developing the long range strategy for lean deployment and manage the day-today task level projects

·         Teaching all employees OEE, TPM, SMED, 55, Value Stream Mapping. Continuous Flow, JIT, Kanban, Project Management Cost Analysis and Process Capability Analysis

·         Reporting to the senior management on current lean progress, savings and future projects

·         identify opportunities to eliminate waste, and improve quality and reduce cost

·         Plan and lead Kaizen events, 5S initiatives and value stream mapping

·         Prepare training materials for imparting Lean/Six Sigma training for all levels of employees and Develop and implement standard work instructions and procedures

·         Driving six sigma, lean manufacturing, TPM & innovation in the organization leading change in the organization

Skills and Specifications -:

·         Should have a strong knowledge in Lean and should have similar experience on heading a lean manufacturing project

·         Should have good communication skills and administrative abilities

·         Should be a self-motivated person and be able to handle various problems related to production

·         Should have innovative bent of mind for finding new ways to reduce production costs and increase production and profits for an organization

·         Should have a sharp eye for details and excellent observation and analysis abilities

·         Should be a team player and have good coordination skills

·         Should be able to build ways and means in order to improve working conditions
