Vacancy –Executive - Customer Loyalty

Our client is one of the largest automobile (two wheeler/three wheeler) brands in the country.

Competency-fit

As the Executive-Customer Loyalty, you are expected to be analytical, customer oriented, dynamic, organized and a person with a pleasing personality. The ideal candidate should be with hands-on experience, preferably with an exposure to automobile/FMCG environment.

Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be required to play a key role in implementing the customer care strategy for the brand. The job involves building & maintaining the customer database, establishing contacts with customers and monitoring their satisfaction level in relation to the brand/product, after sales service & Spare Parts availability.

Eligibility

To be successful you will need to possess:

·         A sound educational background.

·         Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar role and in managing Consumer Loyalty Programmers.

·         Part qualifications in CIM or SLIM.

·         Good command of Sinhala, Tamil & English languages.

·         Excellent working knowledge in MS Office package.

Candidates below 30 years will have a definite advantage.
