This position is primarily responsible for coordinating activities of and directing training of chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers engaged in preparing and cooking foods to ensure an efficient and profitable food service with a high level of guest and Grand Performer satisfaction. Exhibits culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and managing all food related functions.

·         Coordinating the work of all kitchen staff and monitoring the preparation of meals

·         Developing and testing recipes

·         Establishing presentation technique and quality standards.

·         Planning and pricing menus.

·         Ensuring proper equipment operation/maintenance through establishing standard operating procedures, inspecting/monitoring staff performance, reporting malfunctioning equipment, etc.

·         Ensuring proper safety and sanitation in kitchen through establishing standard operating procedures, providing education to staff, and monitoring team performance.

Job Details 

Designation: Executive Chef

Requirement:

·         Culinary degree preferred

·         Three to five years of culinary management experience.

·         Strong leadership skills.

·         Desire to work with an industry leader

·         Catering experience is essential.

·         Knowledge of current culinary trends.

·         Must be able to work a flexible schedule

Job Description:

·         You will manage and lead a team and oversee all safety and sanitation at the account.

Responsibilities:

·         Manage cost controls and control expenditures for the account.

·         Plan and create nutritious menus.

·         Purchase goods and manage inventory.

·         Implement new culinary programs in conjunction with culinary team.
